For February and Black History Month, the Baking History merchandise features contributers to flight and space; including images of Bessie Coleman, the first African American Pilot, Neil deGrasse Tyson, an American astrophysicist, planetary scientist, author, and science communicator, and Mae Jemison, the first African American Woman in space.
