Dara Giddings

A Graduate of University of Florida College of Health and Human Performance, Dara has made Jacksonville home since 2005.

An amateur baker and historian by association through her College Professor husband, Matthew, Dara was thrilled to join the team in 2018 and put her skills to use first by marketing for Baking History and later as a teacher.  Daughter, Olivia, makes for a great test subject and is always happy to help with an experimental recipe and lesson.
